This tool securely uploads interview recordings to MNeurodivergent’s private storage and organizes them by
Community and Role. Uploading here helps the Volunteer Committee and Board
review interviews consistently, without recordings being scattered across personal drives or email attachments.
Step-by-step
Click Sign in with Google and use your @mneurodivergent.org account.
Select the Community the interview applies to.
Select the Role the interview is for.
Click Choose File and select the recording (video or audio).
Click Upload and wait for “Upload complete”.
Copy the final path shown in the confirmation message if you need to share it internally.
What this will do
Stores the recording privately in Firebase Storage (not public hosting).
Organizes it as <community>/<role>/<timestamp>-<filename>.
Adds metadata (community, role, uploader email, upload time) to help with searching and auditing later.
Shows an “Upload complete” confirmation once the file is fully saved.
Troubleshooting
If sign-in fails, confirm you’re on interview-recordings.mneurodivergent.org and that the domain is authorized in Firebase Auth.
If upload says storage/unauthorized, your account doesn’t have permission under current Storage Rules.
If nothing happens when clicking Upload, open DevTools Console (F12) to see the error.

Only @mneurodivergent.org Google accounts can upload recordings.
